Christmas 2011 has come and gone. We enjoyed our annual open house. We had special friends with us this year. We had a lovely Christmas tree greeter on the Saturday and a beautiful Victorian lady greeting visitors on the Sunday. Our thanks to Kiera and Anne for their lovely costumes and their help. Guests certainly appreciated having them greet them.
We’ve had over three hundred people visit the village this year through our open houses and over 100 pounds of food was collected for the food bank. We thank all those who visited and donated.
The village will remain up until the end of January for those who still wish to visit.
The 2011 Dickens village is complete, with a completely new layout including a number of new buildings and new villagers.
It is the largest village that we have built to this point and has quite a different flow to it. Please feel free to browse and enjoy.
